ITINERARY - 5 days · 4 nights

Day 1 — Transfer from Medan / airport → Bukit Lawang (4 hours drive). Night at guest house in Bukit Lawang.
Day 2 — 2 days jungle trek, day 1. Start at 9am, hike with regular breaks until mid-afternoon. Night camping in the rainforest.
Day 3 — 2 days jungle trek, day 2. Return to Bukit Lawang village by rafting on the river early afternoon. Night at guest house in Bukit Lawang.
Day 4 — Transfer from Bukit Lawang to Berastagi (4.5 hours drive). Visit town and market. Night at guest house in Berastagi.
Day 5 — Morning: Volcano trek with guide. Afternoon: Transfer to Medan / airport (2.5 hours drive). END
